Our story begins long before we existed as a brand. In these lands, Roman remains have been found, revealing that the olive tree was already cultivated and its fruit pressed back then. Centuries later, the watchtower that gives the estate its name was built as a symbol of vigilance and protection.
Today, that same spirit guides our work: to safeguard a millennial legacy and elevate it to its highest expression.
