Our EVOOs

Four varieties,
one essence

Each oil from Finca La Torre reflects a living estate, where tradition, precision, and respect for the environment come together to achieve the highest expression of the Andalusian olive grove. Our four single-variety oils—Arbequina, Hojiblanca, Picudo, and Cornicabra—represent different nuances of the same pursuit: excellence without artifice.

FINCA LA TORRE HOJIBLANCA.

Deep, complex, and
profoundly Andalusian.

Organic extra virgin olive oil with an intense fruity flavor, featuring aromas of freshly cut grass, olive leaf, and green almond. On the palate, it offers progressive bitterness and spiciness, with hints of apple and banana peel. Its profile is balanced, persistent, and full of nuances, ideal for warm salads, white meats, or traditional Mediterranean dishes.

Hojiblanca is a variety primarily cultivated in the provinces of Córdoba and Málaga. It can be used both as table olives and for oil production. It is one of the varieties best adapted to calcareous soils and drought, although it exhibits notable alternate bearing (variation between abundant and scarce harvests).

FINCA LA TORRE ARBEQUINA.

Smooth, balanced, and enveloping.

Organic extra virgin olive oil with a medium fruity flavor, featuring clear notes of green apple and banana. On the palate, it is sweet and smooth, with a hint of almond and light spiciness, ideal for white fish, steamed vegetables, or pastries.

Arbequina is a variety that has become widespread in recent years due to its easy mechanization. Its fruits are very distinctive, being small and round, usually appearing in clusters. Its oil yield is medium, though very consistent in terms of production.

FINCA LA TORRE CORNICABRA.

Intense, aromatic, and
with a Mediterranean soul.

Organic and biodynamic extra virgin olive oil with intense green fruitiness, featuring aromas of apple, grass, tomato, and artichoke. Highly aromatic and balanced, with medium levels of bitterness and pungency.

Predominantly cultivated in the central region of the Iberian Peninsula, the Cornicabra olive is known for its great adaptability to calcareous soils and adverse climatic conditions. Its resistance to detachment is high, making mechanization difficult. Alternate bearing (variation between abundant and scarce harvests) is notable, but its oil yield is high in contrast.

FINCA LA TORRE PICUDO.

Elegant, balanced,
and sweet at first taste.

Organic and biodynamic extra virgin olive oil with mild green fruitiness, featuring hints of apple, green almond, and banana. On the palate, it is sweet and balanced, with harmonious bitterness and pungency.

Commonly found in mountain olive groves in the province of Córdoba, sometimes alternating with Hojiblanca, the Picuda olive is highly rustic and vigorous. Its production is high, although it is also prone to alternate bearing (years of abundant harvests followed by years of low yield). Its resistance to detachment and sensitivity to olive tuberculosis make it a less widespread variety.
