Our facilities are equipped with the latest technology, where we clearly divide the different areas of activity to work in a specialized and synergistic manner during the various stages of our oils’ production process.

reception area

Renovated in 2019, with a processing capacity of 9-10 tons/hour, it ensures immediate cleaning and washing of the fruit (if required). Unlike other oil mills, there are no storage hoppers. This means that the olives are processed immediately after reception.

oil mill

Renovated in 2015, it has two independent extraction lines, with a total capacity of between 3 and 5 tons/hour. This guarantees immediate milling of the fruit, allows for the simultaneous production of different oils, and most importantly: it reduces the harvest time to achieve total homogeneity of the processed oils.

The oil mill has all the technical elements to control the factors that affect quality, with hygiene being the most important of them.
The processed oil is filtered immediately before going to the cellar, thus reducing potential risks that could affect the quality of the final product.

Cellar

Our cellar has been progressively remodeled. Currently, it has fourteen stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 10,000 liters each. All of them are equipped with a device for automatic inertization with nitrogen. In turn, the cellar is fully air-conditioned, ensuring an optimal temperature that guarantees the proper preservation of the oil during the storage period.

Packaging room

Depending on the needs, there is a fully automatic packaging line and two smaller packaging machines. This allows for great versatility and quick response capacity in times of higher demand. Packaging is always done after order confirmation, keeping the oil in the cellar until then, where preservation is always better.

As a final touch, we place a label on the front of the bottle indicating the harvest date. This way, we inform the consumer clearly and directly about the product they are purchasing.
